Dear Prospective Customer,
When we evaluate a house, our first desire is to give a true and honest inspection. We realize that you have much invested in your home, not only financially, but emotionally as well. You can be assured that we will inspect your home as if it were our own. You may have seen indications, such as cracks in your sheetrock, brick or flooring, that give you reason to believe you have foundation issues. When we inspect, we will tell you if your cracks are due to foundation compromises or to other causes.
If you find yourself in the position of needing to have your home evaluated, make sure you research the foundation repair company before you agree to do business with them. Not all foundation companies may give you honest evaluations. We’ve seen cases where our customers have used another company and come back to us because the work wasn’t done properly, the “warranty” wasn’t honored or the customer can no longer find the company who performed the work the first time. It is a simple task to call your city’s permit office to see if the company you’re researching has pulled permits to do their work. You can also call the Better Business Bureau.
We are a small, family owned and operated business. We care about our clients and their homes. We treat our customers like family and hope you’ll decide to trust CBFR if you ever find yourself in need of foundation repair.
Sincerely,
Danny McBride, Owner
