About Our Lifetime Warranty
Coastal Bend Foundation Repair offers a guaranteed lifetime warranty. We take the concept of a lifetime warranty one step further – a designated trust fund has been established for all lifetime warranties at Citizens State Bank in Edna, Texas. This means that if you sell your home, the warranty is transferred with no fee to the new owner. Consider our guaranteed lifetime warranty when choosing a foundation repair company.
Scope of the Warranty
The lifetime warranty applies to ONLY the work performed by Coastal Bend Foundation Repair under the terms, provisions and conditions of the repair contract governing the work in question. The following are excluded:
- repair of cosmetic damage
- repair of consequential damage to foundation/structure
- repair of plumbing
- repair to furniture and fixtures
- repair to furnishings
- repair for personal property
The lifetime warranty applies to the Slab foundations. Pier/Beam and Stilt foundations are covered for two years.
Transfer of Warranty
In the event a change in ownership occurs for the structure for which foundation repair has been completed, the warranty to a new owner(s) will be assigned upon notification in writing or by telephone to Coastal Bend Foundation Repair. There is no charge for the transfer of the warranty.
